• Designed a 15-week Visual Poetry syllabus for a four credit class for one student. This course was tailored toward the student’s strengths and put together with consideration of the student’s interest areas.

• This class covered artists, writers, spoken word performers, and film. We studied Shirin Neshat’s Turbulent and the way she draws on her photographs using text and image so seemingly effortlessly. Ariana Brown’s Death Poem, Louise Bourgeois’ and Pablo Picasso’s sketchbooks, and Jean Michel Basquiat’s paintings.

• The student created photography, video, paintings, drawings, an accordion book, and kept a personal sketchbook in which he drew in as a weekly assignment. At the end of the semester, the student put together a final exhibition of the work he created in during this class. The exhibition was presented in The Cube Student Gallery on NYUAD’s campus.

  • Collaboratively, alongside Danielle Mann, direct The Neighbors—an arts organization serving over 100 artists from over 35 cities across the globe that is fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas as of January 2024.

  • Liaise with the global and local community of artists using Zoom, email, text, phone calls, and Google Suite to curate and produce virtual and in person events and exhibitions with partner organizations, such as No Nation Art Gallery and Tangential Unspace Lab, as hosts.

  • Design and update organization's website using Cargo Collective as a host site and research, write, design, and distribute monthly newsletter that includes News, Member Spotlights, Archival Imagery, and Artist Opportunities and Jobs.

  • Publish written and recorded interviews with members of the community utilizing Zoom and email to gather their personal stories and explore concepts of art, identity, mental health, and social justice with these voices hailing from all over the world.

  • Act as Artistic Director and work with Illustrators to visualize designs and periodically step into the role of Designer and utilize iMovie, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create promotional materials for the website, social media, and newsletter.

• Managed GoggleWorks’ galleries and auxiliary exhibition spaces, overseeing Exhibiting Artist Contracts, designing exhibitions, and advising artists for curatorial tasks, sometimes stepping in as curator. Unpack and pack work, hang work to museum standard, light spaces, and work with artists to bring their visions into reality.

• Liaised with artists, institutions, and organizations from initial contact to installation and takedown, while managing exhibition schedules, all communications for the galleries, and collaborate on marketing with the marketing director.

• Collaborated with Programs and Marketing Directors to align exhibitions with educational programs and Exhibition efforts. Work together to marry the galleries with programs to make sure the artwork on view is included in our teaching methodology.

  • Put out an open call and networked to get artists involved in performing at Odes to Skinny Dipping. which was a performance event at Montrose Beach right at the edge of Lake Michigan during sunset.

  • We had five performers and forty people in the crowd proving that our marketing for the event was successful.
